Wild Variable Kingsnake Adult. This photo has not aged gracefully but the animal is still very interesting. At the time it was fresh, many of us hardcore mexicana fans drooled over this photograph. This is one of many photos that John Ruiz of Reptile Breeders passed out by the handful. The photo was in our "wild" file but its history has been forgotten/unrecorded. This specimen has a decidedly greeri look about it - enhanced by the teardrop pattern on the head. |
